For over 40 years, commitment to sustainability within our communities has mattered to Fexco. As we expanded operations across the globe, to more than 50 countries on 7 continents, that commitment has become even greater. Fexco Property Services are of course only a small part of the Fexco model but it allows us to tap into the resources. We equally then gain the support for grassroot plans from a large global group.
In 2022, to ensure that sustainability would be held at the core of what we do, we enshrined it in our overall business strategy, which the Fexco ESG Strategy now underpins and supports every decision we make across the global Fexco Family. This drives the entire organisation to make a positive, measurable impact on our planet and our communities, supported by robust ESG governance structures to ensure we stay on the right path, for Fexco and our collective future.
Our ESG Strategy
ESG can take an organisation down many paths. Without a strategic structure to guide us on the areas in which we can have the most impact, we could easily get lost. In Fexco, we have defined four areas in which we can make the most impact:
- Environmental Stewardship – reducing our environmental footprint and supporting our transition to low carbon impact by transitioning to renewable energy to power our business locations and logistic operations reducing water wastage and removing all non-sustainable materials from our operations.
- People and Communities – Embedding a diverse, inclusive and equitable culture for all employees through continued investment in our people, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies and Inclusivity Leadership programmes. We currently commit 2% of our annual profit to our Corporate Social Responsibilities initiatives.
- Corporate Governance – Aligning leadership strategies and policies through the establishment of the ESG board and committees across the global operations.
- Commitment to Sustainable Growth – Investing in the development of innovative new products and businesses in the sustainable technology space, ensuring both a commercial and carbon-responsible future.
