Niall McGann
CEO
Niall McGann
Niall has been with the Fexco Group for over 20 years, during which he held senior roles, including Group Financial Controller. Since 2016, Niall has been instrumental in the development and growth of Fexco Property Services setting the strategic direction and trajectory.
He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a member of TPI, and an associate member of the RICS.

Alex Elsy
Alex has 25 years’ experience in Asset and Property Management, the last 15 of which being in senior leadership roles. His specialist expertise spans a broad range, from affordable housing in the not-for-profit sector through to prime luxury living, and a focus on large and complex properties. He is passionate about creating and sustaining communities and the role that effective property management plays in this.

Erjona Llupa joined FPS in October 2025 as HR Manager, bringing over 10 years of cross-industry experience.
Erjona leads the in-house recruitment and HR Team, and as a CIPD Associate Member, she brings a people-first, high-trust approach to her work.

Andrew has over two decades of expertise in both commercial and residential property management. With over ten years’ leadership experience, including five years at senior management level, he has honed his skills in effectively managing teams. On the path to becoming a Chartered Accountant his career is underpinned by a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering financial excellence.

Andy Eatock
Andy has 25 years’ experience, and list of qualifications to match. He spent 17 years with Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service, where his passion for all things safety arose. He specialises in project and risk management. Since joining the group, he has helped develop a cross-functional Building Safety Team that is navigating clients in compliance and plans for the future.

Helen Roberts
Helen has over 25 years’ experience in the industry, 15 years of which has been moving up the ranks of Fexco. Responsible for business development across the group, Helen is known for her strong industry relationships and ‘no nonsense’ approach to customer service. Helen brings her personal ethos into the business. advocating for women and inclusivity in the workplace. Helen is a Fellow of the TPI, an associate of the RICS, the Welsh Doyenne ambassador, and holds multiple industry awards.
Andrew Jackson
Director of Data & Technology
Andrew Jackson
As our Head of Data & Technology, Andrew manages the company’s IT infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring smooth operations in line with industry standards and cybersecurity requirements. With over a decade of experience in corporate IT, Andrew specializes in networking, cloud computing, and data protection, and is pursuing CISM and CITP certifications.
Rob Chapman

Rob Chapman
Rob is a qualified solicitor and joined Fexco as Head of Legal in 2019. He has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years, 15 of them as a partner in large regional firms. His experience of residential development is particularly useful when dealing with the various matters that arise from managing larger estates

Kate Reynolds
With 18 years in the property management industry, Kate brings extensive experience working with leaseholders, freeholders, and developers. She began her career as a property manager, progressing to Regional Director at Remus before transitioning to her current role as Director of Central Services. Having worked in both regional and central service roles, Kate possesses a comprehensive understanding of the industry, enabling her to drive success and deliver outstanding results for the organisation.

Sarah brings with her over two decades worth of experience in the property industry and a wealth of expertise in client relations and operational leadership. Sarah is MTPI and Assoc RICS qualified and industry award winning “Regional Property Manager of the Year”. Her career has been defined by a strong focus on client satisfaction and collaborative team development.
David Holland

David Holland
David has worked within the Property Management industry for the last 10 years holding various roles, developing a wide range of experience. David is MTPI qualified with proven experience on building teams, client relationships and across all elements of the leasehold sector. For the last two years David has been the lead and mentor to a team of Property Managers at FPS.
