Niall McGann
CEO
Niall McGann
Niall has led the development of Fexco Property Services since 2016 and sets the strategic direction for our business. Prior to his involvement with Fexco Property Services, Niall was the Group Financial Controller for the Fexco group and held other senior titles with Fexco where he has worked for over 20 years. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a member of TPI, and an associate member of the RICS.
Dianne Rowlands

Dianne Rowlands
Dianne heads up our Human Resources team and has held several senior people management positions across construction, surveying, and property management firms, leading the group’s HR function, including recruitment and Learning & Development.
Danielle Parker
Managing Director, IPM
Danielle Parker
With over 23 years’ experience in property, Danielle, a Fellow of the TPI and a founder of IPM, brings her wealth of experience and expertise to the property management teams across the group. Her technical knowledge, wide-ranging experience, and competence in building safety matters are well respected throughout the group and the sector.
Helen Roberts

Helen Roberts
Helen has over 25 years’ experience in the industry and 15 years with Fexco. Responsible for business development across the group, she is known for her strong industry relationships and a keen advocate for women in the workplace. Helen is a Fellow of the TPI, an associate of the RICS, the Welsh Doyenne ambassador, and holds multiple industry awards.
Andrew Gilbert

Andrew Gilbert
Andrew has over two decades of expertise in both commercial and residential property management. With over ten years’ leadership experience, including five years at senior management level, he has honed his skills in effectively managing teams. On the path to becoming a chartered accountant and proud to be an ACCA finalist, his career is underpinned by a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering financial excellence.
Andrew Jackson
Head of Data & Technology
Andrew Jackson
As our Head of Data & Technology, Andrew manages the company’s IT infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring alignment with Fexco’s strategic goals. With over a decade of experience in corporate IT, Andrew specializes in networking, cloud computing, and data protection, and is pursuing CISM and CITP certifications.
Rob Chapman
Head of Legal
Rob Chapman
Rob is a qualified solicitor and joined Fexco as Head of Legal in 2019. He has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years, 15 of them as a partner in large regional firms. His experience of residential development is particularly useful when dealing with the various matters that arise from managing larger estates
Andy Eatock
Director of Building Safety
Andy Eatock
Andy has 25 years’ experience (17 of them with Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service). He specialises in project and risk management. Since joining the group, he has helped develop a cross-functional Building Safety Team that is navigating clients in compliance and plans for the future.
Kate Reynolds

Kate Reynolds
With 18 years in the property management industry, Kate brings extensive experience working with leaseholders, freeholders, and developers. She began her career as a property manager, progressing through the ranks to Regional Director at Remus before transitioning to her current role as Director of Central Services. Having worked in both regional and central service roles, Kate possesses a comprehensive understanding of the industry, enabling her to drive success and deliver outstanding results for the organisation.
Alex Elsy
Director, Large & Complex
Alex Elsy
Alex has 25 years of experience in Asset and Property Management, the last 15 of which being in senior leadership roles. With specialist expertise in the creation and management of large and complex schemes his experience spans a broad range from affordable housing in the not for profit sector through to super prime luxury living. He is passionate about creating and sustaining communities and the role that effective property management plays in this.
